Refunds will be issued for cancellations received by the deadline date (Last date of program registration). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of the cancellation date. APB shall have the right to refuse or cancel any payment. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the payment and your request is canceled, APB will refund the charged amount within 7-10 working days from the date of your payment.
